Weight loss is one of the top most concerns of many peoples living with excess fat in their body. Today modern day work style does not leave us with enough time to take care of ourselves and our body. The 7 days daily diet routine in which I based this particular article will make you my reader/ client to loss about 3- 4kg weight in a week, consider this a rapid loss weight diet. Losing up to 3kg of weight a week is healthy weight loss. Before you go for any weight loss solution, I suggest you try this first before taking on another solution if it doesn’t work.
7 days daily diet routine to lose weight of up to 3kg is as follows:
Day 1 (Fruits): Day one of your diet routine will start with all fruits diet. You may eat fruit of your choice and in any quantity. You are free to eat till your stomach is full. In case you can’t find fruits in nearby stores, you can substitute it with packaged fruit juices but you need to avoid fruit juices that have preservatives in it, they don’t really do well.
Note: Day one you must eat only fruit and drink at least 7 glasses of water.
Day 2 (Vegetables): This is all vegetable day. It all depend on you, you may have raw/ cooked. Eat as much as you can no quantity restriction. If you want cooked the vegetables, you may do so but avoid using oil while you cook. Also you must take 7 glasses of water.
Day 3 (Fruits and Vegetables): On day three you will eat a mixture of fruits and vegetables. No quantity restriction, eat till your stomach is fill. Also eat one banana today, please just one.
Day 4 (Vegetable, Banana and Milk): Today been the fourth day you will eat 6 bananas, drink 3 glasses of milk and small quantity of vegetables. In the morning your breakfast will start with 2 bananas and one big glass of milk. You will do this in the afternoon for your launch. In the evening eat 2 bananas, eat vegetables and drink one glass of milk.
Day 5 (Rice and Tomatoes): Today you will have one cup of rice, six full tomatoes (medium size) and since you are having lots of tomatoes, drink 10 glasses of water today.
Day 6 (Rice and Tomatoes): One cup of rice and raw/ cooked vegetables of your choice. It’s recommended that you eat rice in the morning and for the rest of the day eat vegetables.
Day 7 (Fruits, Vegetable and Rice): On day seven, eat fruits, vegetables and one cup of rice. You may substitute’s fruit and vegetables with juices as well, but that is to avoid fruit juices that have preservatives.
This 7 days daily diet routine works well by burning more fat than accumulating it and since it avoids all sorts of food items that eventually get converted to fat to become part of your body, the weight loss is faster and harmless.
Note: If you are not comfortable you can discontinue the diet program at any day.
·You must drink at least 7 glasses of water every day unless if specifically mentioned to drink more.
·It is advisable you continue this daily routine till you lose extra weight. Once you attain proper weight, you may either continue or discontinue.
